HOT/3 or Hot under the Rule of Thirds – that was the 3rd theme of the PAPM. There are numerous interpretations of hot, and my initial one was that of using chilli pepper.
I couldn’t get hold of the small ones, so I had to make do with what’s known locally as piment cari.
I wasn’t too satisfied with the results, mainly it wasn’t hot enough (too green!) unlike the red hot chilli peppers!

Pima cari is totally different from the Thai chilli, right?

Yeah, it's supposed to be less hot than those little ones. :)
