I once saw a documentary about subliminal advertising of tobacco, like Matinee, in Mauritius. You have shops, like the one above 'advertising' Phoenix beer, painted all yellow with cheeky snapshot of the brand.
There is also the law about selling single cigarettes which is banned I think, because young students can afford them. But it is still going on everywhere.
